1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vineries Inc. ("Vineries," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Vineries website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Our Services

Vineries provides an online platform that connects users with wineries to facilitate the booking of wine tastings, tours, events, and related experiences ("Experiences").

We act as an intermediary between you and our winery partners. While we facilitate bookings, the actual Experiences are provided by independent winery partners who are solely responsible for their services.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Limit the availability of services in certain geographic areas

3. Your Account

To make bookings through Vineries, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information that changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 19 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your province) to create an account and make bookings for wine tasting experiences.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Bookings & Payments

Making a Booking

When you make a booking through Vineries:

• You enter into a direct contract with the winery for the Experience
• You agree to the specific terms and conditions of that Experience
• You confirm that all guests in your party meet age requirements

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment is processed at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from Vineries. Please review your confirmation details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Standard Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled Experience
• Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds

Special Experiences

Some premium or special event Experiences may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking.

Winery Cancellations

If a winery cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund. We will also assist you in finding alternative Experiences if available.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.

6. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use the Services for any fraudulent or harmful purpose
• Harvest or collect user information without consent

7. Content & Reviews

User-Generated Content

You may submit reviews, photos, and other content ("User Content") through our Services. By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant Vineries a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Represent that you own or have rights to the content
• Agree that your content does not violate any third-party rights

Content Guidelines

User Content must not:

• Be false, misleading, or defamatory
• Be offensive, hateful, or discriminatory
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain spam or promotional material

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Vineries provides the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for the actions, products, or services of winery partners
• We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from Experiences
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant booking

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you through the Services or by email.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
