To make a booking, simply search for a winery, select your preferred tasting experience, choose your date and group size, and complete the reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Yes, you can modify your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit. Log into your account, go to "My Bookings," and select the booking you want to change. Changes are subject to availability.
Most experiences offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. Some premium or special event bookings may have different policies, which will be clearly stated at checkout.
Yes! Many wineries accommodate large groups. For groups of 10 or more, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. Some wineries offer private experiences for larger parties.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely processed through our encrypted payment system.
You'll be charged at the time of booking. For some experiences, you may see a pre-authorization that converts to a full charge after your visit is confirmed.
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Click "Sign In" in the top navigation and select "Create Account." You can sign up with your email or continue with Google or Facebook for quick registration.
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to create a new password within a few minutes.
We partner with wineries that meet our quality standards, including proper licensing, positive reviews, and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. Each winery goes through a verification process.
Yes! After your visit, you'll receive an email inviting you to share your experience. Your honest feedback helps other visitors and supports our winery partners.
In the rare event a winery cancels, you'll receive a full refund and we'll help you find an alternative experience. We'll notify you as soon as possible.
